I belong to the youth football team FC Panyee in Thailand, and I want to share our story. I and my friends are living on a floating village situated in the southern Thailand. Where we watch fishing and we all enjoys a lot by watching football on television. One day an idea occurred to us to form our own team, but everyone was astonished and laughing at us because there was no place on land where we even could practice. But we did not give up and we all began to seek wood’s tables and built a floating golf game. Protruding nails, where the surface was uneven, and the court was not big enough, so often we fell into the water, but none of that troubles halted our courage. We learned to handle the ball so that after a few weeks we had no problems. Later we learned about a championship among the regional teams on land, called Pangha Cup and we decided to go to participate. However, we begin to win easily because the adverse conditions on our floating field consequently blessed our skills. That's how we got into the semifinal and it was awesome. By then it was raining and our shoes were filled with water, and it was difficult to handle the ball, so for the first time the opposite team was leading us by two goals, but then we decided to take off our shoes. It was like playing in our floating court, and we easily equated the two goals, but an oversight. Unfortunately, at the last minute, the opposing team scored a goal and beat us. Further we were not sad, because we showed that we are courageous and truly competent against every hurdle. Today we won almost all youth championships: 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Hence, In our villa we built a new and improved football field, and now our village is famous for football. Therefore, our village team is recognized among one of the best teams in the south of Thailand. All this because we never gave up (Story is narrated by one of the football players)

Never give up in a dream just because the conditions are not ripe. Work toward what we all desire and grow. This story bring home to us that nothing is impossible for those who believe and fight without fainting. Difficulties shape us as individuals, make us stronger, and help us to grow, to face our life, our day to day. Remember that the victory belongs to those who do not give up. The Human Soul: the real essence of man

Can we define soul, probably difficult, but can be confined as per every individual thoughts is concerned. There are countless pre-existing souls, in the Quran, it is called 'the tranquillized soul' (al-nafs al-mutnata'inna). They are immortal, immaterial and can only be felt with deep concentration. They have existence and waiting for their divine turns to wear the body allotted by divine. Human body is just a material cover same as a machinery inside a beautiful car or as air exists inside a hollow doll, but soul exists temporary and as the material body grows old it starts striving to stretch itself with slow move to elapse. However, it is same as one changes his shoes or clothes or upper wears when they get outdated and the final end is dead material body. For instance, as human being refuses to use toren shoes or clothes or upper wears same is the case with soul therefore with severe damage in body it tries to quit and to leave the damage body. Inside the material body, it is really difficult for the ordinary to reconnect with the divine, but the 'divine prophetic spirit', which belongs to the prophets and the saints, by means of which, the soul, receives the revelation of the invisible and attains to knowledge of God. The Al-Ghazalian tradition states that, 'he who knows himself knows his lord'; hence, the soul has a Divine origin, it knows God because it is Godlike.

Life is not merely living, but living good and well life requires certain conditions to develop while the claim of such conditions in the society is called right, without them, one can’t develop his moral intellect and other capacities. Moreover, the provision of rights to an individual is in the interest of the society as a whole and it is the duty of the state to provide all the basic rights and to safeguard the rights of all individuals.

Kinds of rights:

The rights are broadly divided into moral and legal rights.

A.      Moral Rights:

These rights depend on the ethical feelings of man and they are not guaranteed by any legal authority. For instance: Parents have the right that they should be assisted by their children in their old age, and if their children do not serve them or assist them in their old age, they can’t seek the help of any command of law or authority.

B.      Legal rights:

The rights which are guaranteed to man by law and are protected by law are known as the legal rights.

The legal rights are further divided into following categories.

A.     Fundamental Rights:

D.     Economic Rights:

A.      Fundamental Rights: By the concept of fundamental rights we mean that all those rights which form the essential condition of good life. In the absence of these rights the growth and development of human personality is not possible. People are ensured all these fundamental rights in USA, USSR, France, Switzerland etc.

B.      Political Rights: By political rights we mean to enable the individuals in capacity to activate a sight in the people to take part in the political affairs of the state. Many democratic countries such as USA, USSR, France, Switzerland, Japan, and so on provided these political rights in their available capacity and these rights are.

1.       Right to vote

2.       Right to contest election

3.       Right to hold the public office

4.       Right to petition

5.       Right to criticize the government

C.      Social Rights:

Social rights have their basic foots in the progress and welfare of the society while these rights are as follows.

ü  Except the communist state

ü  By taxing

5.       Right to contract

6.       Right to speech

7.       Right to liberty and free movement

D.     Economic rights:

The economic rights alone are not enough; they must be supplement with political rights. The aim of the economic rights was to enjoy the economic security.
